1 cup gluten free flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups raspberries
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the oil (I melted mine), eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and stir well.
Gently fold in the raspberries.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 mins. Allow to cool before cutting.
