Chicken drumsticks (skinless)YoghurtFresh mintTandoori mixBaby leaf saladMarinate skinless chicken drumsticks in natural yoghurt and tandoori mix for at least 24 hours. Blend greek yoghurt with a handful of fresh mint and chill until needed. Heat the grill until sizzling hot and ad drumsticks. Cook on full heat and turn regular. When half cooked re-coat in yoghurt and tandoori mix and continue to cook regularly. When ready serve with minted yoghurt and baby leaf salad.
