Description
Our online monthly membership starts from the 1st of each month. This includes our online timetable of x13 classes per week which are posted to a private Facebook page you will be added to, at 9am and 5pm each day.
As well as this, you get access to our private online website workouts which you can do at home 24/7.
You will be motivated from the GFNE team and your fellow workout buddies though our Facebook page, with help every step of the way.
You will also get access to our nutrition pack which will help you achieve your goals and give you a better understanding of food.
